Safenor\u2019s precision engineering expertise is certified across multiple areas. They are the only certified service provider for Suunto in Norway, handling Suunto watches annually for both professionals and private individuals. “We repair 300\u2013400 Suunto watches each year,”<\/em> says Farnes.<\/p>\n<\/div>

To maintain quality and levels of expertise, Safenor\u2019s staff receive continuous training on new products and technologies.\u00a0 “We adapt to among others, the products sold by Equipnor, continuously working to build expertise in new areas to ensure that maintenance and repairs are performed to a quality standard as close to the manufacturer\u2019s as possible,”<\/em> says Simen. One of the goals of new training courses is for Safenor to be educated and certified for a trainer role, enabling them to conduct further courses both externally and internally. This way, they can train customers to perform maintenance themselves, ensuring that the work is done correctly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

In this context, Safenor also provides technical support, ensuring that customers receive answers to their inquiries as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n
