Quantum systems: Quantum Systems – Aerial intelligence when it matters

C4ISR and unmanned aerial systems are some of Equipnor’s most important strategic focus areas. We see drones and aerial intelligence as an increasingly critical part of modern soldier systems, where data, situational awareness and fast decision-making play a central role.

Quantum Systems is a leading provider of advanced unmanned aerial systems. The company develops eVTOL and hybrid VTOL systems equipped with multi-sensor payloads, autonomy, and AI for airborne intelligence gathering. Their solutions are designed to transform sensor data into actionable decision-making support for defence, security, GIS, and commercial applications.

Quantum Systems was founded in 2015, with roots in the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich. Since the beginning, the company has grown significantly and built a highly competent team in drones, robotics, imagery collection and advanced software.

The company describes itself as bold, curious and engineering-driven. This is reflected in its ambition to lead the aerial data revolution and deliver systems that support free and democratic societies.
